For thousands of years, cultures have used sound and vibration as an effective healing modality.
One's personal intention, paired with sound frequencies creates a powerful energy that can have a very calming and healing effect on the body, mind, and soul.
NE PORTLAND STUDIO
I use Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, Koshi Chimes, drumming, solfeggio frequency tuning forks and Reiki to invoke deep relaxation and increased overall emotional wellbeing that aids your innate healing abilities.
I provide individual and duo sound sessions in my NE Portland studio.
I am also available for special events, such as woman's retreats, private group sound baths, and business wellness events, at your location.
Services
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are schedule in my NE Portland Studio. Sessions are approximately 60 min and include the use of a variety of sound healing instruments including; Tibetan singing bowls on and around the body, crystal singing bowls, 34 inch symphonic gong, chimes and tuning forks. I am also a Reiki practitioner and can incorporate energy healing. Sessions are $125
Duo Sessions
Sessions with two individuals are offered in my NE Portland Studio and are approximately 60 mins. These also include the use of a variety of sound healing instruments including; Tibetan singing bowls on and around the body, crystal singing bowls, 34 inch symphonic gong, chimes and tuning forks. Due sessions are $175
Private Events
I am available for retreats and private sound healing events at your desired location. These events can be customized to your needs and can include both group sound baths and individual sessions. Please contact me for more information and pricing.

MARY'S STORY
I have been a spiritual seeker and lover of music all my life. Growing up on a small farm in rural Oregon, nature and animals were my first and most formative teachers. Not surprising this wonderful combination led me to discover the healing modalities of energy and sound.
I started this journey seeking my own spiritual and emotional healing through the use of tuning forks and other sound frequencies. Ultimately, this led me to seek formal training working with sound frequencies and became a Reiki Practitioner. This journey is still unfolding and I am excited to see where it leads me next!
